1. Vegetable Spring Rolls Skin
- Wheat Flour, Salt, Cooking Oil, Jícama, Cabbage, Carrot, Mushroom, Garlic, Glass Noodle, Oyster Sauce and Chicken Stock.
- Cooking Method
- Add in required amount of cooking oil into the fryer. Preheat the cooking oil in low heat.
- From freezer, remove the spring roll and fry in the preheated oil for 4-5 minutes. Fry till the spring roll turns golden brown in colour.
- Once the spring roll turns golden brown, remove from fryer and ready to be served.
