- Ingredients
Murtabak:
Wheat Flour, Beef, Egg, Onion, Spices, Sugar & Garlic
Acar:
Onions, Bird’s eye chili, Sugar, Salt & Vinegar
- Cooking Method
- Heat one tablespoon of cooking oli in a pan
- Direct from freezer, pan fry murtabak over moderate heat
- Gently heat on both sides until it is likely browned on all sides
- Murtabak may also be heated in a microwave for 10 minutes
- Serve along with our special Tisha’s pickle onions with bird’s eye chili
